Work with me
I work with people individually and in small groups online. I work well with beginners, anxious/shy individuals, seniors, women and others who have may have never exercised or have done only one type of movement.
I teach what I practice and I know how to help people progress to take on challenging movements.
A typical session with me will include some kind of dynamic warm-up and progress to the main theme of the class and end with a wind-down and breath work. No two sessions are the same. Your class will include yoga poses, weight training using weights or bands, mobility exercises, breath work and restorative poses.
If you feel a large group class doesn't cater to your specific goals and needs and want to learn fundamental skills to help you build a sustainable movement practice, then one-on-one sessions with me could help you.
